Your College

Our campus is divided up into four historical Colleges. When you join Roehampton you won’t just be a member of the University, you’ll also join one of the four Colleges - Froebel College, Digby Stuart College, Southlands College or Whitelands College.

What does this mean for you? You’ll have your own, smaller community within the University, and benefit from College social events, College Wellbeing Officers, and of course can take part in our College Cup! Each College has its own history, personality and social schedule, but all are located together on our campus.

These four colleges have been providing higher education for over 180 years, and are the longest-standing providers of higher education to women in the country. They’ve since come together to from one university - the University of Roehampton. Because of this special history, we’ve maintained our four colleges, so depending on what you study or where you live on campus, you’ll become a member of one of them.
