The Remuneration Committee determines the remuneration and benefits of senior post-holders and the Vice-Chancellor, save for the initial terms and conditions for the Vice-Chancellor, which are established by Council. The Committee is chaired by an independent member of Council. The Vice-Chancellor is not a member of the Committee and shall be in attendance by invitation to provide relevant information to the Committee except for where discussion relates to their own performance or remuneration.
