The IT Helpdesk is the focus for all IT-related queries 
 

• Password Resets - The IT Helpdesk can help if you have a password problem. 
• We can provide advice on accessing your University email on smartphones; tablets etc
• Information on printing, copying and scanning on campus
• Laptop for loan service
• How to connect to the Internet from Halls of Residence
• Accessing the internet via the University Wireless network
• Using the open access computers
• Saving files on your network N:drive 
• University standard software: what and where. 
• Advice on downloading SPSS and NVivo onto your personal computer from the link in MyZone
• Staff can offer brief advice if you have an issue with your personal computer or laptop
• We have information on educational discounts for software and computers
• Software classes and tutorials

Monday to Friday: 8am to 9pm
Saturday and Sunday: 11am to 6pm

Monday to Friday: 9am to 7pm
Saturday: 11am to 6pm

Password Self Service

We strongly recommend that all staff and students use Password Self Service to manage their Roehampton network account password.
Once enrolled you will be able to reset your password any time of day or night.
